Nutanix Engineer

Company Description:
Thin Technologies is a fast-growing Professional Services provider company, that provides Senior level IT service to our partners.
We are expanding our consulting department and looking for a strong Nutanix Installation Engineer.  This is a telecommute position and will include travel.  Opportunities for a 1 year contract available.
Contract Terms:
  • Pay DOE
  • 1099 or W2 Contract.
Job Description:
Nutanix Integration services.  Rack, Stack and Cable, Foundation CVMs, Deploy Prism, Upgrade AHV, VMware, etc.  Other related work available.  If other HCI skills are present, please apply, may be able to cross-train.
Job Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Must possess good people skills
  • Must possess good written skills
  • Must be responsive
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be US Citizen
Desired Certifications:
  • Nutanix NCP-MCI, NCS-CORE, NCM-MCI (formerly NCAP)
  • Thin Technologies is willing to pay for the Certification testing upon successful completion
Desired Skills - One or More of the following:
  • AHV, VMware ESXi, HyperV on Nutanix
  • Basic Layer 2 Networking Understanding
  • Nutanix Move
  • Nutanix Files
