Key Experience/Skills:
- Architecture and design work for automation of monitoring deployments with emphasis on Dynatrace deployment to a targeted set of applications tied to their business/digital transformation program release dates
- Automation design at scale and speed (Ansible is the preferred automation tooling)
- Deployment design for automation “package” (e.g. how and where will this get built, tested, and deployed, how do we navigate existing environments, how do we have the right gates/controls in place, how do we get deployment automated, etc.)
- Experience translating work to agile stories, features, etc. – will play a key role in defining and informing increment and sprint back-log planning
- Navigating large complex, politically charged, red tape laden, enterprises
- Stakeholder engagement - design work will likely require engaging with multiple teams at customer
- Methodology focus – requirements, design, build, test in an agile and iterative manner (customer uses agile, but definitely tailored)
- Experience presenting up and out and gaining buy-in and alignment on designs and key decisions
- Communication – must be able to communicate effectively up, out, and down and create supporting deliverables
- Strong documentation and presentation skills Must create deliverables. (Account team will want to see samples)
- Ideally can jump down to hands-on implementation as well to carry the design through to build, test, deploy
Technology:
- Dynatrace SaaS
- Ansible
- Jira (for Agile)
- Confluence (for documentation)
- Service Now (believe customer wants to tie initiating automation via Service Now, but a design component to agree on)
